Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Develop goals, priorities and strategies for social media directives.
  • Build relationships with customers, clients and departments.
  • Community and relationship management.
  • Interact with visitors to survey and access needs, monitor feedback, reviews and comments. Report and align this data with corporate objectives and product development.
  • Monitor trends in social media tools, trends and applications and appropriately apply that knowledge to increasing the use of social media.
  • Strategize with and educate company departments, management and others on  incorporating relevant social media techniques into the corporate culture and into all of the company’s products and services
  • Measure and report the impact of social media on overall marketing efforts.
  • Build and maintain content distribution network by way of social media channels.
  • Identify threats and opportunities in user generated content surrounding our brand, report to appropriate parties.
  • Interact with legal, search, client and cross corporate agencies.
  • Create content for feeds, postings, tweets, and snippets in various social media networks.
