Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop goals, priorities and strategies for social media directives.
- Build relationships with customers, clients and departments.
- Community and relationship management.
- Interact with visitors to survey and access needs, monitor feedback, reviews and comments. Report and align this data with corporate objectives and product development.
- Monitor trends in social media tools, trends and applications and appropriately apply that knowledge to increasing the use of social media.
